Job Summary
Bring your organization, professionalism, and patient-first approach to a fast-paced Plastic Surgery practice. As a Clinic/Practice Assistant, you will help keep daily operations running smoothly while serving as a welcoming and reliable point of contact for patients, providers, and colleagues. This is a great opportunity for an experienced office professional who thrives in a high-volume environment, can balance multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Primary Location: 22 Atwood Drive, Northampton, MA
Secondary Location: Flexibility to provide coverage at 170 University Drive, Amherst, MA, as needed.

Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits, including scheduling, check-in, and check-out duties. Actual job duties may vary by Department.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for an organized, service-focused professional who is comfortable working in a busy office and communicating with patients, providers, and colleagues. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
A high school diploma or equivalent; experience cannot be substituted for this education requirement.

Preferred Credential
Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) certification is preferred but not required.

Experience
Two to three years of office experience in a professional, patient-focused, or similarly fast-paced setting is required.
