Education We're Looking for:
Minimum of a Bachelor Degree (dependent upon experience) (Required)
Certifications We're Looking For:
Drivers License (Valid) - USA, Qualified Professional (QP) - Monarch-DSM

Experience We're Looking For:

Experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, community, or day program settings | 3 years | Not Required
Experience working with children or adults (dependent upon population served) with a mental health diagnosis or an intellectual/developmental disability | 1-4 years (Dependent Upon Education - see Job Description) | Required
Management Experience | 2 Years | Not Required
Additional Details:
$2,000 Sign On Bonus ($500 at 3 months of continuous employment, $500 at 6 months of continuous employment, $1,000 at 12 months of continuous employment)
