About the position
This position supports the Events Team with a primary focus on event registration systems and event logistics, and is cross-trained to provide backup support for digital signage systems and online meeting/virtual event platforms.
- Event Registration Management
- Serve as a primary administrator of NAMB's event registration platform ( Accelevents ), managing event builds, registration workflows, ticketing, and reporting.
- Manage relationships with Accelevents -related contractors and vendors, coordinating deliverables, timelines, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and test registration sites, forms, confirmation communications, and payment processing for each event.
- Train and support ministry partners and internal staff on the use of the registration platform.
- Monitor registration data, generate reports, and provide analytics to ministry partners and leadership.
- Troubleshoot registrant issues and platform errors, escalating to contractors or Accelevents support as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to registration processes and platform configuration.
- Digital Signage and Virtual Platform Support (Cross-Trained Backup)
- Primary ownership of building digital signage systems and virtual/online meeting platforms sits with the Event & Meeting Technology Manager. This position is cross-trained to provide backup coverage in those areas, not to lead them.
- Cross-trained to provide backup support for building digital signage systems (including but not limited to 22Miles, Extron Systems, and related displays throughout the building) when the Event & Meeting Technology Manager is unavailable.
- Cross-trained to provide backup support for online meeting and virtual event platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoTo Webinar, and similar), including basic setup and troubleshooting.
- Assist with virtual and hybrid event execution under the direction of the Event & Meeting Technology Manager.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Event & Meeting Technology Manager to ensure consistent, non-duplicative coverage of event technology.
- Webinar Administrator
- Sets up, schedules, and manages webinars and virtual events across the organization's online meeting platforms, including configuring registration, testing links, and troubleshooting technical issues before and during live sessions.
- Provides audio visual and platform support to presenters and attendees, monitoring chat, Q&A, and connectivity throughout each webinar to ensure a smooth experience.
- Compiles post-webinar reports on attendance, engagement, and technical issues, and maintains recordings and materials for future reference.
- Event Production and Technical Operations
- Lead setup, operation, and teardown of audio, video, lighting, and production technology
- Support live streaming, hybrid event technology, and multimedia presentations

- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with a concentration in business, marketing, hospitality event management, or ministry.Two to four years of experience with event registration platforms (Accelevents or similar) and event logistics preferred.Preferable experience working in a church, similar ministry environment, or professional event production setting with exposure to faith-based events.
