Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

Job Description Summary:

Collaborates with clinical leadership to develop, implement, and coordinate effective systems that improve patient outcomes and quality of care. Provides guidance in the areas of quality improvement and supports the mission by leading the performance improvements linked to the strategic plan.

Certifications: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, or Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred.
