Assisted Living LPN Manager
Full-Time
Chillicothe, OH

• The basics
• Schedule: Full-time, days, Monday–Friday, with an on-call rotation as needed
• Location: Chillicothe Campus

• What you’ll do
• Lead and support the nursing team by interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and completing performance reviews
• Review and approve care plans and progress notes, and help staff work through resident care issues
• Oversee admissions paperwork and documentation accuracy
• Serve as the point of contact for residents’ families, physicians, and staff concerns, and investigate incidents
• Spot training needs and help bring continuing education to the team
• Take part in quality improvement work that raises the standard of care

• What you need
• Active Ohio LPN license in good standing

• Nice to have
• 2+ years of supervisory, charge nurse, or management experience
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care
