Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA)

Location: Berwyn East Place-88 units- located in Columbus, Ohio
Pay: $20.00 an hour

Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 17 hours/week | Alternating Weekends

About the Role

National Church Residences is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to provide direct support to residents in our Permanent Supportive Housing community.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, ambulation, and restorative care.
• Monitor and document vital signs and resident needs.
• Report changes in residents' physical or mental condition.
• Assist with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Support resident room cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with approved errands, shopping, prescription pickup, and other resident needs.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Follow infection control, safety, HIPAA, and resident rights requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• What We’re Looking For
• Current CNA or STNA certification/license required based on state.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous direct-care or resident-support experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and physical care needs.
