Exciting Career Opportunity: Nurse Supervisor I – Treatment Mall at Broughton Hospital!

Broughton Hospital is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Nurse Supervisor I to join our Treatment Mall leadership team! If you’re passionate about guiding nursing staff, improving care delivery, and making a meaningful impact across adult, adolescent, and geriatric services, this is your chance to shine. In this vital role, you’ll lead nursing professionals in delivering high-quality physical and psychosocial care while driving innovation, teamwork, and clinical excellence within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
(With flexibility for training and hospital needs.)

Essential Position: Reliability during all-weather events is mandatory.

Salary Range: $71,698.00 - $118,304.00
Recruitment Range: $71,698.00 - $118,304.00

*A Sign-On Bonus of $10,000.00 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on Budget Approval.

Flexibility is required for education and training purposes and to meet the needs of the facility.

*ELIGIBILITY FOR SIGN-ON BONUS
To qualify for the Sign-On Bonus, a newly hired permanent full-time or permanent part-time employee must work 30 to 40 hours per week to be eligible. Those who are eligible and working less than 40 hours a week will receive a pro-rated rate.

Minimum Education and Experience

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina and two years of nursing experience.
