Professor and Director of the School of Applied Engineering and Technology (SAET)

Reports To:
Acting Dean, Newark College of Engineering

Position Summary:
NJIT invites applications and nominations for the position of Director of the School of Applied Engineering and Technology (SAET). This is a Professor-level appointment for a candidate with a strong record in engineering education, academic leadership, and academic program development. The Director will position SAET as a leader in engineering education, and guide SAET’s continued growth in applied engineering, workforce readiness, and innovation.

The successful candidate will lead efforts to expand SAET’s graduate programs, with a focus on applied, interdisciplinary, and engineering education research, and raise SAET’s national profile in engineering technology, and engineering education and pedagogy.

Compensation:
$120,000.00 - $1,000,000.00
