Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis [Fully ON SITE] JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planning & Analysis FPA) to join our finance team at Nutex Health. As an essential member of the senior finance leadership team, the FPA Manager will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, planning, and decision-making to support the company's rapid growth and expansion. Additionally, the analyst will assist with month-end closing activities as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Power BI, Power Query and Advanced Excel (including pivot tables) to analyze data, generate insights, and present findings to business stakeholders.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Planning
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Analyze historical financial data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans and financial projections.
- Financial Analysis
- Provide critical financial insights and analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to evaluate business opportunities, investments, and risks.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify areas of improvement and optimize financial performance.
- Reporting and Dashboards
- Develop and maintain accurate, timely, and informative financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Design and implement financial reporting and analytics tools to support business insights and decision-making.
- Operational Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational improvements.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Risk Management
- Identify and assess financial risks associated with business operations and investments.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- Experience
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving financial strategy and decision-making at the senior management level.
- Big 4 experience preferred.
- Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) software, etc.).
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard development.
- Utilize Power Query and Power BI to automate data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
- Certifications
- Certified Financial Analysist (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
