JOB SUMMARY
Job Profile Summary

The Training Specialist is accountable for administering and maintaining the training database within our LMS. This includes course catalog, curriculum, calendar, enrollment, completion, and testing maintenance and standardization. They will serve as the focal point for the Training Team's reporting of key performance indicators and metrics. This role is responsible for the scheduling and logistical support of training and facilities in collaboration with the Training Coordinators for technical training programs.

Education • Associate's Degree in Adult Learning, Business, Communications, Human Resources, Environmental Health and Safety or Engineering Sciences and/or the following job related experience:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Ability to: utilize Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Lectora, Camtasia, Sharepoing, and an LMS

Licenses and Certifications • None required

Strength Factor Rating - Physical Demands/Requirements • Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
