With plans to continue our dynamic growth, we are on the lookout for dynamic, customer focused associates at all levels to join our team.

Position Summary
Based in our Roswell Customer Care Center, the Special Order Concierge will be reporting to the Customer Care Operations Director. The successful candidate will be counted on to drive and support the customer experience and have ownership of the entire post-purchase special order process.
