We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician III to join our Delavan, WI team.  You will use your knowledge, skills, and effort to safely install, inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. You will perform intermediate-level maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and preventive maintenance activities across production equipment and facility systems. This role is the first step in the Professional Maintenance career path and the third step in the overall maintenance development progression. You will work with minimal supervision on assigned repairs and begin developing the skills needed to mentor Maintenance Technicians.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Work is performed in a plant facility with exposure to heat, dust, mid-level noise, fumes, and odors. The position requires continuous standing and walking for extended periods. Candidates must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, which include pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Team assistance will be provided for heavier loads. Additional physical requirements may include ladder climbing, sitting, bending, reaching, and working in confined spaces.

Compensation:
The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is:  $34.00 - $37.00/hr. DOE.  Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
