Job Description

Peterson Cat has a need for a Rental Store Manager at our Hillsboro, OR location.

SUMMARY
The Rental Store Manager oversees day-to-day operations for an assigned Peterson CAT Rental Store (CRS) location to ensure maximum service delivery, technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with company and manufacturer standards. This role leverages a strong understanding of the rental equipment industry to increase store revenue and ensure a positive experience for all internal and external customers.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all employees in the assigned CRS location. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and implementing corrective action with employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. When work deficiencies are identified takes prompt and effective measures to correct areas needing improvement.
