Job Title: Training Coordinator

Position Overview : The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and evaluation of organizational training programs. This role ensures that employees receive timely, relevant, and high-quality training that enhances performance, supports compliance requirements, and aligns with organizational goals. The Training Coordinator collaborates with department leaders, subject-matter experts, and external vendors to manage logistics, maintain accurate training records, and contribute to continuous improvement of learning initiatives.

Location: Onsite - Portsmouth, NH.

The hiring range for this position is: $20-$28/hour plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
