We’re looking for a Facility Operations Specialist to join Procore’s Workplace & Office Operations team in Austin, TX. In this role, you’ll support our daily building maintenance, shipping logistics, and workplace infrastructure. Your primary goal is to ensure our physical office operates seamlessly while delivering a world-class environment for all employees, executives, and guests.

As a Facility Operations Specialist , you’ll partner with IT, event teams, building management, and external vendors to troubleshoot maintenance requests and execute facility improvements. Use your construction/maintenance expertise, organizational agility, and proactive problem-solving skills to keep our campus safe, functional, and highly efficient. This position reports into the Facilities Manager and will be based in our Austin, TX office on a full-time, in-office basis. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:
21.60 - 29.70 USD Hourly
This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
