Why it’s worth it:
At ReliaQuest, we’re changing how enterprises approach cybersecurity through agentic AI, automation, and a fundamentally different approach to security operations. We’re looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who wants to be at the center of that innovation.
In this role, you’ll get hands-on with GreyMatter, develop deep expertise in our capabilities, and find compelling ways to bring our technology to life. From building product demonstrations and explaining complex architectures to launching new capabilities and shaping technical narratives, you’ll help customers and the market understand what makes ReliaQuest different.
If you have a strong cybersecurity background, love learning new technology, and enjoy making complex concepts understandable, this is an opportunity to combine technical expertise with creativity and storytelling.
The everyday hustle:
- Own technical product marketing for an assigned portfolio of GreyMatter capabilities, becoming the go-to expert within Marketing for those products.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to understand new capabilities, product roadmaps, and technical differentiation.
- Lead product marketing activities for launches and releases, including core messaging, use cases, technical positioning, demonstrations, and launch readiness.
- Build and maintain compelling product demonstrations and repeatable use cases that showcase how GreyMatter solves real security operations challenges.
- Create technical content including architecture diagrams, demo videos, technical briefs, presentations, workshops, and product explainers.
- Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling stories for technical practitioners, security leaders, customers, and prospects.
- Develop technical competitive intelligence, including capability comparisons, architectural differentiation, and technical proof points.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to support strategic customer conversations and technical evaluations.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, webinars, and conference sessions.
- Partner with Content and GTM Product Marketing to bring technical innovations and product stories to broader audiences.
- Stay current on cybersecurity threats, security operations, emerging technologies, AI, and the competitive landscape.
- Continuously identify new opportunities to demonstrate the technical depth and value of the GreyMatter platform.
Do you have what it takes?

- Working knowledge of security operations, including threat detection, triage, investigation, incident response, threat hunting, and automation.
- Familiarity with technologies such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, threat intelligence, and emerging AI-driven security operations platforms.
- Ability to independently learn and work with technical products, understand how they operate, and explain their capabilities accurately.
- Experience developing or delivering technical product demonstrations, technical presentations, or technical content.
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and customers.
