Position Highlights
The Multimedia Design Coordinator supports University Advancement’s marketing and donor relations efforts by creating engaging visual content across print and digital platforms. Working closely with the Multimedia Designer and the Marketing & Donor Relations team, this role helps develop marketing materials that bring University Advancement’s stories, initiatives, and impact to life.

This part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) offers a flexible opportunity for an emerging designer to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects that engage alumni, donors, parents, and friends of RIT. The role provides exposure to the full creative process, from concept development and design through production and quality review, while collaborating with colleagues and cross-functional partners across the university.
As a Multimedia Design Coordinator, you will support the conceptualization, design, and production of visual assets across a variety of print and digital mediums, helping advance the marketing, communication, and educational initiatives of RIT University Advancement. As a Multimedia Design Coordinator, you will support the conceptualization, design, and production of visual assets across various mediums—supporting various marketing and educational initiatives of RIT University Advancement.
