Job Description:
As the Fixed Assets and Capital Projects Accountant, you are responsible for managing the full lifecycle of fixed assets, leases, and capital projects. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate capitalization, depreciation, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will oversee asset tracking, lease accounting under ASC 842/IFRS 16, and the financial management of capital projects from initiation through completion, including monitoring construction-in-progress and timely transfer to fixed assets.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to maintain budget integrity, prepare financial reports, support audits, and drive process improvements.

This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 3 days a week onsite at Home Office and 2 days a week from home.
