Hourly A. POSITION PURPOSE

Santa Clara University, a Jesuit and Catholic institution located in the heart of Silicon Valley, seeks an experienced and collaborative professional for the position of Transfer Associate in the Office of Undergraduate Admission. The University is committed to enrolling a diverse and talented community of transfer students who contribute to the academic excellence and mission of the institution.
Reporting to the Sr. Associate Director of Transfer Admission, the Assistant Director of Transfer Admission supports the implementation and evaluation of recruitment, outreach, and admission initiatives for transfer students. The position plays a critical role in fostering partnerships with community colleges and other external organizations while ensuring that prospective transfer students receive comprehensive support throughout the admission process.
