Job Title : Associate Director, Market Access Training
Location: Cambridge, MA

About the Job

This role sits at the intersection of Market Access strategy and business execution. The Associate Director, Market Access Training is the person who makes sure brand and business priorities translate to action, across both Specialty Care and Gen Meds portfolios.
The AD, Market Access Training owns two critical activities that shape how the entire Market Access function performs: the product and disease-state training and certification programs, and onboarding for every new Market Access hire. Access Strategy, brand and TA leads, Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC), Learning & Development, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales Training all rely on this role to keep training and messaging aligned as strategy shifts, creating significant visibility and influence.
This is a role for someone who wants a broad mandate and the latitude to have impact. The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated problem solver who can turn ambiguity into a scalable training operation, and who earns influence across a large, diverse group of stakeholders without needing formal authority to get it.
This role sits on the Strategy, Operations and Training team within U.S. Market Access.
