With over 700 Account Executives across the globe, the Interior Design team serves as a critical extension of Shaw Contract & Patcraft's sales and customer experience strategy. The team provides complimentary professional design services that help customers select flooring solutions, visualize design concepts, and bring projects to life, ultimately driving specifications, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting business growth.

The Interior Designer, Commercial Design is a senior-level design professional who independently leads complex projects, serves as a trusted design consultant to customers and teammates, influences business outcomes through design excellence and strategic thinking, and elevates the performance of the studio through expertise, mentorship, and thoughtful leadership. This role combines commercial design expertise, customer consultation, design strategy, and business partnership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and design solutions.
