Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):
$28.740 - $35.930 - $40.240

The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position.  The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.

What You Will Do
The Endoscopy Technician is responsible for performing a variety of direct patient care activities and assisting with endoscopic procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and Gastroenterologist. Responsibilities include assisting patients, staff and physicians as needed to maintain a high level of operational efficiency, patient data management through transcription and documentation, and customer service while providing quality care to designated patient population. Supports best use of resources in management on equipment, supplies, and other department resources.

Preferred Qualifications • 1 Year endoscopy lab experience.

Other Qualification Requirements • Certificate of completion of ASGE Endoscopy Technician training program is required within 90 days of hire. Program completion and renewal to be tracked and maintained by the department.
