Join our growing team at Manchester Urology Associates (MUA) in Nashua as a Resource Nurse , a key clinical leadership role dedicated to advancing exceptional patient care, supporting team development, and ensuring efficient daily operations. Reporting directly to the Nurse Manager of Manchester Urology , the Resource Nurse serves as the frontline clinical resource for nursing and support staff, providing real-time clinical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on expertise. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to partner closely with providers and interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes, optimize workflows, foster professional growth, and contribute to the continued success of one of New Hampshire's leading urology practices.

Manchester Urology Associates is a comprehensive specialty practice providing advanced, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of urologic health. Our team cares for patients with conditions including kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, recurrent urinary tract infections, erectile dysfunction, male infertility, pelvic floor disorders, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, kidney cancer, and other complex urologic conditions. We serve patients throughout southern New Hampshire, delivering coordinated care across the outpatient, procedural, and surgical continuum.

The Resource Nurse plays a vital role in supporting care delivery for patients undergoing office-based diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, urodynamic testing, intravesical therapies, and other urologic interventions. The role also supports patients preparing for and recovering from advanced surgical procedures, including robotic and minimally invasive treatments for urologic cancers, pelvic floor disorders, and stone disease. As a trusted clinical leader and frontline resource, the Resource Nurse helps ensure outstanding patient experiences, clinical excellence, strong team engagement, and seamless coordination of care across the practice.

Position Summary: M-F 8 am - 5 pm
In addition to daily RN responsibilities and clinical support, the Resource Nurse directly oversees and serves as an immediate, first line clinical resource to staff on a designated unit and shift. The Resource Nurse demonstrates well developed clinical competencies appropriate to specialty area when providing direct patient care or guiding other staff. Functions as an integral member of the unit’s management team and works to ensure smooth real time operations of unit on assigned shift and adheres to values under the EHS Professional Practice Model which guide all dimensions of practice.
