Job Description:

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled engineer to join our dynamic team. The engineer will play a key role in advancing our data-driven decision-making capabilities by designing, developing, and delivering scalable analytics solutions that support business and investment decisions. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.

The engineer will report to the Data Services and Engineering Director and will partner with staff throughout the organization to deliver timely and actionable insights by leveraging BI tools such as Power BI. This role will also help establish reporting standards, promote best practices, and support the continued evolution of the organization’s engineering capabilities.

Pursuant to our Hybrid Remote Work Policy, all staff have the flexibility to work remotely but are required to have a weekly presence in our offices, the frequency of which is dependent on their distance from office or the job position. Staff are not required to reside locally; however, we offer relocation reimbursement to the Dane County area per our policy.
